Orders
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Order cut-off time is 2.30pm for dispatch on same day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following working day.
How will I know my order has been successful?
Once you complete checkout you'll see an order confirmation on screen, and we'll send you a confirmation email with your order number and details shortly after.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, please contact us as soon as possible quoting your order number and we'll do our best to amend or cancel it. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to make changes — you're welcome to return it to us under our Returns Policy instead (see the Returns tab above).
Do I need to register an account to place an order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to track orders and view your order history.
Can I place my order over the telephone?
No, website only, you're welcome to call us on 01253 295559 (ext. 113) and one of our team can help place your order.
Delivery
What delivery service do you use?
We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail. Delivery is free on orders over £29.99, and £2.99 on orders under £29.99. Shipping charges are also confirmed at checkout.
Do you deliver outside of the United Kingdom?
At the moment we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
How will I track my order?
You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active.
How long will delivery take?
Royal Mail aim to deliver within a few working days of dispatch, though this can occasionally take longer during busy periods. If there's likely to be a significant delay with your order, we'll let you know by email or phone.
My order arrived damaged or hasn't arrived — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally with photos if the item arrived damaged, and we'll sort this out for you.
Returns
What is your Returns Policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn/unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Click the link Returns Page to request a return. We'll confirm the details and the address to send your item back to. Please don't send items back to us without requesting a return first, as these won't be accepted. There also is a link at the bottom of all pages.
Are there any items that can't be returned?
Gift cards, and personalised or custom-made items can't be returned. Please get in touch if you're unsure whether your item is eligible.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know if it's been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it's been longer than 15 business days since approval, please contact us.
I'm in the EU — do I have extra return rights?
No. As we don't ship to the EU at the moment, this does not apply.
I've received the wrong or a damaged item — what should I do?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if there's a problem, so we can put it right.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Paypal, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay via our secure checkout.
Is it safe to enter my card details on your site?
Yes. All payments are processed through our secure, encrypted checkout — we never see or store your full card details.
When is my card charged?
Your card is charged at the time you complete your order at checkout.
Why has my payment been declined?
This is usually something your card issuer can help with directly. If you're not sure whether the issue is on our end, please contact us and we'll help you figure it out.

Is your jewellery genuine sterling silver?
Yes, our jewellery is genuine 925 Sterling Silver. Items weighing 7.78 grams or more are hallmarked as required by UK law.
How do I care for my silver jewellery?
Does my jewellery come gift boxed?
Yes, all orders are presented in our bespoke box and suitable for gifting.

Is it free to register an account?
Yes, creating an account is completely free.
What are the benefits of creating an account?
You'll be able to track current and past orders, save your delivery details for faster checkout, and manage your newsletter preferences.
I've forgotten my password — what do I do?
On the login page, select "Forgot password" and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset it.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can always check out as a guest — you'll still receive order and delivery confirmation emails either way.
