Our silver chains are crafted in Italy from ethically sourced, 100% recycled silver. Our chain manufacturer's refinery has confirmed in writing that the silver it supplies comes from recovered and recycled sources and does not come from mining.
The same 925 silver, from a greener source
Recycled silver is genuine silver that doesn't need to be newly mined. It's recovered and refined back to pure silver, then made into 925 sterling silver. Silver never loses quality when it's refined, so it's identical to newly mined silver: the same purity, shine, strength and finish.

Mining new silver uses large amounts of energy and water and can damage the land around the mines. Ethically sourced, recycled silver gives existing precious metal a new life and reduces the demand for new mining, so every chain has a lighter footprint on the planet.
